What is InstaKin?

InstaKin was started to help immigrants and expats manage tasks back home. As immigrants, we all have had unpleasant experiences where we sent money back home for tasks and later found out that the funds were misused and there were unexpected delays. We want to make sure that you do not face such problems again. We work with verified and trusted service-providers in your home country so you do not have to waste time and energy looking for busy friends or family members or unknown vendors.

What if a vendor does not provide satisfactory level of services? Who do I call?

All your transactions are protected by our “InstaKin Guarantee”. If you are not happy with the quality of work done, just contact us via the “Contact Us” form and we will take every step to ensure you are satisfied.

What is covered in Special Requests?

This is specifically for customers who may have some task they need to complete that are not on the regular list of services InstaKin provides. We understand the immigrants face a lot of challenges getting tasks back home and we want to be able to cater to those on-off needs. We have an excellent customer focused team of experts to manage your special requests. If you do not see a specific request in the app that matches your need then use the “Special Request Service” and tell us how we can help you.

How do I pay for the services that I select on the app?

You can pay by using your credit/debit card just as you would on any other app or website.

Are my credit/debit card transactions secure?
